植物生长调节剂浸种对大豆根系的主要酶系的调控
Effects of different PGRs on seed soaking of the main enzyme activity in soybean roots
为研究大豆根系建成,以垦农4号大豆(Glycine max)为材料,通过植物生长调节剂DTA-6(2-N,N-二乙胺基乙基己酸酯)和S3307(烯效唑)对大豆进行浸种处理,研究了两种调节剂在不同浓度条件下对大豆根系蔗糖转化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响,总体来说:D25和S0.4处理更有利于根系酶活性的提高,且效果达最佳。其中,D25处理显著的提高了K4根系INV活性、POD活性、SOD活性。
In order to study on the root archetecture, soaking seeds of two PGRS: DTA-6 and S3307 on soybean,Kennong 4,was studied. Studied the effect of two different PGRS in different treatments on activity of INV, POD, SOD. The results showed : D25 and S0.4 can increased the activity of enzyme , and are the best. D25 increased the activity of INV, POD, SOD significantly.
