his artcle introduce the status of the area of real estate sales and the real estate sales gradually return to normal，it describes the application of multiple technologies such as 3DGIS、Virtual Reality、Visualization、Database which introduce the new system of show the real estate under the virtual reality environment—the project of Shanghai New Sports City project（real estate version）.It expands the channels of real estate sales and adds an efficient, vivid, convincing sales strategy. This project bases on four data sources(DEM、DOM、 DLG、DM) 、VRMap and Visual Basic software platform and put Shanghai New Sports City as an example. It can achieves to the function of searching by entering the parameters such as Building numbers、area、price、floor. You can also roaming the scene of room which you searched and feel the feeling without enter the real room.
