小麦品种种子萌发期的抗旱性分析

为研究不同小麦品种的种子萌发期抗旱性,利用10%PEG-6000作为渗透介质进行室内模拟干旱胁迫,测定了30个小麦品种萌发期间贮藏物质转运率、初生根数、主胚根长、芽长、发芽势、萌发指数、发芽率等生理指标。采用主成分分析法将7个单项指标转换为2个新的相互独立的综合指标,用系统聚类分析法和隶属函数法相结合的方法对小麦品种萌发期的抗旱性进行综合评价。研究结果表明,30个小麦品种可以分为5类,A类为抗旱性强的品种,包括豫农4023、河农6331、藁优2018、石家庄8号、中麦175;B类为抗旱性较强的品质,包括衡136、运旱20401、运旱618、新麦21、河农6119、邯麦12号、邯5316、石新828;C类为抗旱性中等的品种,包括邯6172、沧麦6005、长6154、河农6049、轮选987;D类为抗旱性弱的品种,包括长6359、河农826、洛麦21、邯4589、藁优9908、河农825、西农928、沧麦119、长4640、石麦15;E类为抗旱性较弱的品种,包括晋麦47、陕农757。

o identify drought resistance of different wheat varieties, thirty wheat varieties during germination period were study by 10%PEG-6000 permeable medium as drought treatments, and all characters such as wheat storage matter transportation rate, root number, root length, coleoptile length, germination potential, germination index, germination rate and other physiological indexes were analysed by principal component. The results show that above seven individual indicators can combin into two new comprehensive indexes, then using cluster analysis method and membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance on the germination period of Wheat Varieties , the results show that Jinmai 47, Shannong 757 have a weaker capacity, and Chang 6359, Henong 826, Luomai 21 etc. have a weak ability, While Han 6172, Cangmai 6005, Chang Hanmai 6154 etc. have Medium capacity, and Heng 136, Yunhan 20401, Yunhan618 etc. have stronger capability, while Yunong 4023, Henong 6331,Gaoyou 2018, Shijiazhuang 8, Zhongmai 175 have strongest capability.
