结合工程实例,用FLAC3D软件建立单桩数值模型,模拟堆载作用下桩基应力场及位移场。分别用数值模拟法和规范法计算了桩侧负摩阻力及单桩极限承载力,两者计算结果较为吻合。数值模拟得到了5种不同工况下桩顶下曳沉降量,并对有堆载和无堆载下的基桩进行静载试验模拟。研究表明:桩顶下曳沉降量与桩周堆载和桩顶加载的顺序有关,桩顶最终沉降量并非由桩顶荷载与桩周堆载单独作用下产生的桩顶沉降量的简单叠加;在已施加桩顶荷载的基桩周边再堆放较大载荷是最不利工况,工程上应尽量避免。若先堆载再按现行的桩基检测方法得到的基桩极限承载力值可能偏大很多,应引起高度重视;

ombining with practical engineering, this paper established a single pile numerical model using FLAC3D to simulate pile foundation stress and displacement field under the action of preloading. Respectively using numerical simulation method and specification method to calculate the ultimate bearing resistance of individual pile and the negative skin friction resistance of pile, both calculated results were coincident. The numerical simulation got pile top draft settlement under five different kinds of working condition, and simulated the static test under preloading and non preloading. Studies have shown that the pile top haul down settlement and the pile stack were relevant to the order of pile top load, The pile top final settlement was not pile top settlement's simple superposition which was generated by solely action of pile top load and the pile stack; The worst working condition was stacking large load to haven been imposed pile top load pile, it should be avoid in engineering. It should be highly valued if ultimate bearing capacity of single pile was probably much larger, which was gained by first load and then according to the existing pile foundation inspection methods.
