本文以IBM的WebSphereMQ中间件作为数据传输底层基础，实现企业的业务人员应用系统和工单处理系统不同平台的相互通信，应用程序只需将消息交给MQ，就由MQ负责将消息安全、可靠地发送出去，不再需要应用程序和人工的干预，真正实现了数据传输自动化。
