30Mn26Al4V高锰无磁钢的实验研究

Experimental study on the non-magnetic high magnetism steel 30Mn26Al4V

为了满足能源和交通等行业对无磁钢的需求,在实验室设计了30Mn26Al4V无磁钢的成分,进行实验钢的冶炼、热轧、固溶处理和时效处理实验研究。分析了VC、VN和V(CN)等微细粒子的析出强化、晶粒细化和提高奥氏体形核率的作用。实验钢的组织为奥氏体组织,晶粒尺寸是24~28 ?m,室温屈服强度556 MPa,抗拉强度701 MPa,断后伸长率47 %;?196 ℃屈服强度580 MPa,抗拉强度890 MPa,断后伸长率65 %;实验钢固溶处理和时效处理后的屈服强度325~371 MPa,抗拉强度550~645 MPa,断后伸长率58%~78 %,力学性能良好。实验钢热轧板及固溶和失效处理后的相对磁导率≤1.005,无磁性能良好。

he composition of 30Mn26Al4V non-magnetic steel was designed to meet the demand of non-magnetic steels in the energy and transportation industries. Experimental studies on the steelmaking, hot rolling, solution and aging heat treatment of the steel were carried out in the laboratory. The effects of small particles such as VC, VN and V(CN) on the precipitation, fine grains and austenitic nucleation were analyzed. It is found that the microstructure of the steel is austenite and the grain size is 24-28 ?m. At room temperature the yield strength and tension strength are 556 MPa and 710 MPa respectively, and the elongation after fracture is 47%. At ?196 ℃ the yield strength and tension strength are 580 MPa and 890 MPa respectively, and the elongation after fracture was 65 %. After solution and aging heat treatment, the steel shows a yield strength of 325 to 371 MPa, a tension strength of 550 to 645 MPa and an elongation of 58% to 78 %, indicating good mechanical properties. The hot rolling, solution and aging steel has a better non-magnetic property for its relative magnetic permeability is below 1.005.
