his paper presents an IPTV set-top box solution based on STb7100 and the experiement method and result. This solution constructs the base platform for the application level, including the hardware circuit, operating system and APIs. This solution supports the decoding of video format such as MPEG2, H.264 and the audio format such as AAC, AC3 and MPEG1-audio.
