知识共享相关研究综述

s the competition has be fiercer and the external environment of enterprises has increased, knowledge has become the core competence of enterprises, and how to promote knowledge sharing has become one of the main focuses of companies. To improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing, we should first understand the mechanism of knowledge sharing. To make the concept of knowledge sharing clear and have better understand of the factors that influence knowledge sharing, this paper summarized the research methods and relevant conclusions of knowledge sharing , and put forward some suggestions for future research.
