his paper introduces the construction of environmental protection and sustainable development under the new construction environment based on Xiamen Shanhai Footpath.Low carbon living, reduced energy consumption, and sustainability and environmental protection can be achieved by using old components as much as possible, that is, structures that can be recycled and used. According to the design content of forest middle section of Shanhai Health Footpath Project in Xiamen, this paper presents the concept of precast and assembled structure, which is realized by bolt connection among beam, column and pile joints. Moreover this kind of project to the construction progress request is very high, the design and the construction need fine management.????
