基于ADAMS对斜盘式轴向柱塞泵柱塞球心运动仿真与分析
Kinematic Simulation and Analysis of Center of Sphere Plunger Piston of a Swash-Plate Controlled Variable Displacement Axial-Piston Pump Based on ADAMS
本文根据当前斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的研究现状,针对有柱塞倾角的缸体结构特征进行分析,通过ADAMS仿真模型对柱塞泵吸压油部分的分析,更加真实的反应出柱塞在柱塞腔内的运动状态,研究出柱塞球头部位的中心的轴向运动规律和圆周运动规律,以及柱塞微运动对上述运动规律的影响。本文的研究结论将有利于对锥形缸体柱塞泵的吸压油部分的进一步研究,得出柱塞较为真实的运动状态对泵的启动初期的平稳性研究提供了仿真研究的基础,也有利于缩短今后泵的研制周期。
ccording to the current research status of swash plate axial piston pump, this paper analyses the pump with piston inclination angle. The analysis of the ADAMS simulation mode of the inlet-and-outlet units of pump reflect the real motion state of piston in the piston chamber, getting the axial motion law and circular motion law of the center of the ball of piston. The conclusion of this study will help the further research of the inlet-and-outlet units in the tapered cylinder piston pump. This study results can provide a accurate reference to the pump of same type, and shorten the development cycle of the pump.
