可调声表面波滤波器研究近况

s the rapid growth of mobile telecommunication market, development researches with Surface Acoustic Wave Filter (SAWF), one of the key devices in telecommunication system, boom again. Tunable SAWF (TSF) has been paid more and more attentions on because of its little size and exellent performance. In this paper, we will discuss the principle of SAWF briefly, introduce a few kinds of typical TSF, mainly about their structures, performances and characters, and also point out TSF’s development trend.
