碳/碳复合材料表面等离子体喷涂HA涂层的生物学性能研究

采用等离子体喷涂法在碳/碳复合材料基体上制备了羟基磷灰石涂层,并对制备的这种新型人工骨复合材料开展体外模拟和新西兰大白兔骨内种植试验。结果表明: 在体外模拟生理环境的Ringer溶液中,涂层组成相随浸泡时间发生变化。涂层表面有新生羟基磷灰石结晶析出并聚集长大。骨内种植试验期间,动物未出现排异和炎症反应,涂层与基体结合良好。组织学观察发现,涂层与骨界面处有明显的组织改建和新骨形成形态。所以,碳/碳复合材料表面等离子体喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层作为一种潜在的骨组织修复材料具有良好的应用前景。

Hydroxyapatite coatings were prepared on carbom/carbon composites by plasma spraying. In vitro and in vivo tests were carried out. The in vitro biological behaviors of the HA coatings in the Ringer solution were studied. The coatings were constitutive of hydroxyapatite, α-tricalcium phosphate (α-TCP), tetracalcium phosphate (TTCP). With the immersion time prolonging, there were newborn particles exited on the surface of the coatings and these particles could be growing conglobately by means of SEM micrographs. The XRD indicated thatα-TCP, TTCP and a part of amorphous hydroxyapatite were resolved. In the 90 days after the implantation, the materials were favourable for health, no rejection reactions were found and the coatings combined to the substance firmly. The histological observation showed that the osteoplaque had grown on the surface of the coatings. All of these results indicated that as potential bone-repairing material, it may have preferable feasibility of clinical application.
