Synthesis and Biological Activity of α-Iminophosphonates Derivatives

以苯甲酰氯或含氟苯甲酰氯为原料,设计合成了9个未见文献报道的(含氟)α-亚氨基膦酸酯类化合物,产率42~68%。用元素分析、IR、1H NMR进行了结构表征,生物活性测试结果表明目标化合物对小麦赤霉病菌等没有抑制活性。

Nine novel α-iminophosphonate compounds were designed and synthesized in 49.2%~60.6% yields for benzoyl chloride or fluoro benzoyl chloride as starting material in this paper. The structure of the substances was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The bioassay results showed that the new compounds had no good antifungal activity against growth of crop pathogenic fungi.
