本文主要针对滩涂贝类中常见品种的精卵超微结构、受精过程及个体发育过程三方面进行了综述:即菲律宾蛤仔精子发生、受精及个体发育过程;中国蛤蜊个体发育过程;文蛤性腺发育、生殖周期及卵母细胞超微结构;泥蚶精母细胞及精细胞超微结构及受精过程细胞学荧光观察;毛蚶组织学与形态学观察及精子发生过程中线立体的变化;西施舌精子发生过程中的超微结构的观察及胚胎发育生物学零点温度和有效积温;长竹蛏个体发育过程。具体说明滩涂贝类精卵超微结构、受精过程、个体发育过程及应用前景。
we summarize the,fertilization and ontogeny of mudflat shellfish;the ontogeny of Mactra chinensis ;development of gonad,reproductive cycle and ultrastructual organization of oocyte of Meretrix meretrix;spermatocytes; ultrastructual organization and cytological observation of fertilization of Tegillarca granosa;the observation of histological and morphologic of Scapharca subcrenata and the changes of mitochondria in the process of spermatozoon; the ultrastructual organization of spermatozoon of Coelomactra antiquata and biological zero temperature and effective accumulated temperature; ontogeny of Solen strictus.Specified to state the ultrastructual organization of spermatogenesis and egg, fertilization, ontogeny of mudflat shellfish and prospect of the application.
