奶牛乳房炎金黄色葡萄球菌表面蛋白及其疫苗研究进展
Surface Protein of Staphylococcus aureus and their Vaccine of Mastitis in Dairy Cows
金黄色葡萄球菌是引起全世界范围内奶牛乳房炎的主要原因之一,研制针对金黄色葡萄球菌的疫苗成为防控奶牛乳房炎的重要措施之一。基因工程疫苗与全菌体灭活疫苗相比有高安全性、高稳定性、低副作用等优势,其研究重点是选择高效的免疫抗原靶位,而金黄色葡萄球菌细表面蛋白在金黄色葡萄球菌感染过程中发挥着重要作用,因此本文对表面蛋白的结构与功能,以及其相关疫苗的研究进行了综述。
Staphylococcus aureus represents one of the leading causes of mastitis in dairy cows worldwide. Develop vaccine is key to prevent and control of cow mastitis. Compared to the whole-cell vaccine, engineering vaccine has high security, high stability, low side effects and other advantages. Select efficient immunogenic antigen target is key to develop engineering vaccine. The surface protein of S.aureus plays an important role during infection process. This article reviews the function and structure of surface proteins and their progress of target vaccine.
