his article summarizes the nursing experience of holographic triple sequential ear therapy in the treatment of a patient with primary hypertension with hyperhepatic hyperactivity, including ear holographic copper gua sha, ear tip bloodletting and ear point compression. Through differentiation and acupoint collection, targeted intervention can effectively alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of patients with primary hypertension with hyperhepatic fire.
