基于安全多方计算的DPOS方案在医疗数据共享中的应用

基于区块链的医疗数据共享系统中DPOS存在的安全级隐私问题,本文对DPOS方案进行优化和改进,在此基础上,提出了基于节点种类的优化算法,可以有限解决以往投票不积极,易受到攻击以及节点固化等局限。改进算法基于安全生成随机协议,并结合MP-RNG协议,实现了见证人身份随机抽取、以及身份隐匿等优点。实验结果表明,方案在容错率和安全性上均有所提升。
his article optimizes and improves the DPOS solution to address the security level privacy issues in blockchain based medical data sharing systems. Based on this, an optimization algorithm based on node type is proposed, which can effectively solve the limitations of previous passive voting, vulnerability to attacks, and node solidification. The improved algorithm is based on the secure generation random protocol and combines it with the MP-RNG protocol to achieve advantages such as witness identity random extraction and identity concealment. The experimental results show that the scheme has improved both fault tolerance and security.
