基于AHP-TOPSIS的大学生就业力指标评价模型
Evaluation model of College Students' employability based on AHP-TOPSIS
为了顺应时代的发展潮流，提高大学生的就业力水平，本文通过对相关数据以及文献的整理，筛选出了基本情况、专业能力、工作能力、职业素养和求职能力等26个判断指标，然后通过AHP计算得到这些指标的权重，建立了大学生就业力指标体系，接着基于指标体系和TOPSIS综合评价法建立了大学生就业力评价体系，最后找寻了三个大学生的相关数据对该指标评价体系进行了验证，得到最终结论。
In order to conform to the development trend of the times and improve the level of College Students' employability, this paper selects 26 judgment indexes, such as basic situation, professional ability, working ability, professional quality and job-hunting ability, and then calculates the weight of these indexes through AHP, and establishes the index system of College Students' employability.Then, based on the index system and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation system of College Students' employability is established. Finally, the relevant data of three college students are found to verify the index evaluation system, and the final conclusion is obtained.
