煤矿井下的有害气体中甲烷所占的比重最大,实时监测瓦斯气体含量、防止其爆炸意义重大。红外光谱吸收法以其精度高、响应速度快、动态无接触测量等优点被广泛使用,在整个甲烷检测系统中,检测模块为核心模块。本文进行了检测电子电路优化设计,模块设计包括基于芯片AD8065的放大电路,AD630的双相锁相放大器电路,AD637的二次谐波输出信号幅值计算电路,使检测模块性能更好,提高了准确性。

he harmful gas of coal mine Methane is the largest share?of?the harmful gas in coal mine.It is very significant?to monitor at any time to prevent the gas explosion.Infrared absorption spectrometry is widely used with its high precision, fast response speed and dynamic advantages of non-contact measurement. Detection module is the core module In the methane detection system.This article has carried on the optimization design of detection electronic circuit.Module design includes amplifying circuit based on AD8065,dual phase locked amplifier circuit based on AD630 and second harmonic calculation circuit based on AD637, which can give better detection module performance and improve the accuracy.
