真菌漆酶对两种活性染料的脱色研究

纺织染料的酶法脱色/脱毒是目前环境生物技术领域研究的一个热点。本文采用3种不同种属来源的真菌漆酶对2种活性纺织染料(DyStar Blue Levafix CA和Ciba Blue FN-R)进行脱色,反应的最适pH为4.0,最适温度为40oC。不同来源的真菌漆酶对于不同染料的脱色能力有所差异,染料浓度高于5.0g/L不利于脱色反应进行。这些漆酶均能有效脱色这两种染料,在最适条件下,Panus rudis漆酶(1U/L)在6h内能完全脱色这两种活性染料(0.1g/L)。该研究结果表明,真菌漆酶在活性纺织染料废水处理方面具有良好的应用潜力。

Enzymatic decolorization of textile dyes is a hot topic in the environmental biotechnology. In this study, laccases were prepared from three fungal strains of different genera and used to decolorize two active textile dyes, DyStar Blue Levafix CA and Ciba Blue FN-R. The optimal pH and temperature in the reaction system were pH4.0 and 40oC, respectively. The decolorization efficiencies of the the two dyes were slightly different in terms of individual laccases used, and decresed at a high dye content of above 5.0g/L. Nevertheless, all of the three laccases showed the power to efficiently decolorize the two dyes. Under the optimal reaction conditions, dyes of 0.1 g/L were completely decolorized by 1 U/L Panus rudis laccase during six hours. Our studies indicates that fungal laccases have potential in the application of cleaning textile dye effluents.
