双负离子胍基稀土锂配合物:催化胺和二亚胺加成的反应的高效催化剂

合成了双负离子胍基稀土/锂配合物,通式为[{ArNLi(THF)(DME)}C(NiPr)2]3Ln(Ar=Ph或p-ClPh),式中Ln表示中心离子,为稀土金属的正三价阳离子,选自镧系元素中的钐、钕、镧中的一种。该配合物作为胺和碳化二亚胺加成合成胍反应的催化剂,可以在室温至60℃的条件下高活性催化胺和碳化二亚胺的加成反应;反应有较宽的底物适应性,不论是芳香胺还是和脂肪胺均显示了很高的催化活性,可以在无溶剂条件下进行反应。
series of heterobimetallic dianionic guanidinate complexes of lanthanide and lithium, [Li(THF)(DME)]3Ln[μ-η2η1(iPrN)2C(NC6H4p-R)]3 [R = Cl, Ln = Nd (I), Y (II), La (III); R = H, Ln = Nd (IV)] were synthesized and fully characterized. These complexes were found to be highly efficient precatalysts for the addition of various primary and secondary amines, and aromatic and aliphatic diamines to carbodiimides to the corresponding monoguanidine and biguanidine derivatives under mild condition (at 25-40 oC), which provides an efficient way for the synthesis of biguanidines compounds. The activity depends on the central metals and ligands: La > Nd > Y for metals and [(iPrN)2C(NC6H4p-Cl)]2- > [(iPrN)2C(NC6H5)]2- for ligands around lanthanide ion were observed.
