本文针对直接空冷机组冷端试验做了详细阐述。空冷机组冷端设备主要是空冷凝汽器。针对空冷凝汽器性能考察工作,虽然有相关行业标准可以参照,但因空冷机组实际使用率低等原因,使得空冷凝汽器性能考察工作不如湿冷凝汽器成熟和普遍。为深度推广火电厂整体优化,提高行业能源利用率,冷端设备的性能考察和提升是必须的。空冷机组冷端设备的性能提升离不开空冷凝汽器合理有效的性能考察方法。本文针对直接空冷凝汽器,详细阐述如何使用行业标准DL/T552《火力发电厂空冷塔及空冷凝汽器试验方法》获得直接空冷机组综合性能指数 ,评价直接空冷凝汽器性能优劣,并以国内某600MW直接空冷机组作为例介绍跟踪佐证。文中也阐述国外同类标准VGB-R131Me导则与DL/T552操作的不同之处。

In this paper details of test method of ACC has been shown. ACC is one of the main equipment in the air-cooling unit. Also there is some technical standard to be refered. but cause of the lack use of ACC unit, the accuracy of condenser performance inspection work is more difficult than wet condenser unit. As the depth of generalization power palnt optimization, improve energy utilization rate, ACC equipment performance investigation and imporvement is a must. This paper besed on the direct air-cooling condenser, elaborated in detail how to use the industry standard DL/T552 "Thermal power plant cooling tower and condenser test method" for direct air-cooling condenser performance, which is , and a domestic 600MW direct air-cooling unit as an example has been given for evidence. This paper also describes the operation difference between similar foreign standard VGB-R 131 Me Guide and DL/T552.
