利用UG软件建立采煤机整体搬运车履带行走减速器的三维实体模型,并导入多体动力学分析软件ADAMS中,然后施加约束和载荷,且在齿轮啮合处施加接触力,建立行星减速器的虚拟样机模型,最后进行工作状态下的动力学仿真分析,得出轮齿间接触力的仿真曲线,从而为后续的有限元分析提供理论基础和边界载荷条件,对于其他同类大型机械的行星齿轮减速器的动力学仿真研究也具有一定的借鉴意义。

In this academic thesis, three-dimensional model for the epicyclic gear reducer of a certain coal cutting transport-truck is established by use of UG NX5.0 which is the software for CAD, and it is imported to ADAMS with simulation software through the interface bewteen UG and ADAMS. Then constraints and load are applied to this solid assembled model, and force of contact is specified with the meshing areas of gears, thereupon virtual prototype of epicyclic gear reducer. Finally dynamics simulation is carried out and some curves of contact forces are got from the result. The conclusions spply the Theoretical foundation and boundary conditions for continual finite element analysis, and have certain reference significancency to dynamics simulation study of epicyclic gear reducer in the other large-scale machine.
