MicroRNA (miRNA) 是真核生物中广泛存在的内源非编码小RNA分子,参与调控了多种生物学过程。植物次生代谢是植物适应环境的结果,是植物的主要防御机制之一;植物次生代谢产物在医药、食品、轻工业等领域具有重要利用价值。根据miRNA靶标的功能,植物miRNA通过其靶标介导调控植物次生代谢产物合成的方式可分为直接调控和间接调控两种方式。植物miRNA可通过靶向合成酶或转录因子直接调控次生代谢产物合成途径;或者通过靶向信号分子合成途径中的酶、转录因子或者信号转导通路元件微调信号转导途径间接影响次生代谢产物合成。本文为植物次生代谢调控研究提供了新视角。

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous noncoding RNAs spreadingacross the eukaryotes involved in regulating a wide range of biological processes.Plant secondary metabolism is the consequence of plants adapting themselves to the enviroment and it is one of the main defense mechanism; Plant secondary metabolites have important value use in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other fields. According to the function of miRNAs' targets, the patterns of plant miRNAs mediatiatedregulation of plant secondary metabolism by acting on their targets include direct regulaiton and indirect regulation.Plant miRNAs directly regulate secondary metabolite biosynthesis by targeting synthetase or transcription factor and indirectly affect secondary metabolitebiosynthesis byfine-tuning signal transduction through the targets including the enzyme or transcription factorinvolved in the synthesis of signal moleculesorthe components of signal transduction pathways.This review provide new perspective for the research of regulation of plant secondary metabolism.
