电针对SAMP8小鼠海马线粒体酶活性的影响
Influence of electro-acupuncture therapy on mitochondrial enzymatic activities of hippocampal of SAMP8
目的 研究电针对快速老化痴呆模型小鼠SAMP8 海马线粒体酶活性的影响,从能量代谢的角度探讨电针治疗老年性痴呆(AD)的部分作用机制。 方法 选取SAMP8小鼠作为研究对象,电针“百会”、“涌泉”穴,每日1次,连续21d。以Morris水迷宫测试空间学习记忆能力的变化,评价电针对AD的治疗效应;以分光光度法检测海马线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶(COX)的活性。结果 电针能有效改善SAMP8小鼠学习记忆能力,提高线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶的活性。结论 电针可调节线粒体功能,改善AD能量代谢障碍。
Object To reveal the influence of electro-acupuncture therapy on mitochondrial enzymatic activities of hippocampal of SAMP8 and partly explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture therapy on AD. Methods SAMP8 were puctured on “Baihui(Du20)” and “Yongquan(Kidney 10)” once daily for 21 days. The changes of learning and memory abilities were measured by Morris water maze test to evaluate the curative effect of electro-acupuncture on AD. The activities of cytochrome c oxidase(COX) of mitochoneria of hippocampal were detected by spectrophotometric method. Results Electro-acupuncture could improve the learning and memory abilities of SAMP8, increase the activities of COX. Conclusions Regulating mitochondrial function coule ameliorate energy metabolism disturbance.
