BA is an important class of hormones closely related to rice growth and development and its response to adversity, and receptor-like cytoplasmic protein kinases involved in the ABA signaling pathway have rarely been reported. We found that a receptor-like cytoplasmic kinase STRK1 is involved in the salt stress response of rice, and this process may rely on the ABA signaling pathway, so a series of experiments were carried out to verify it. Firstly, it was found that the expression of STRK1 was induced by ABA, and ABA sensitivity analysis showed that it could enhance the sensitivity of rice seedlings to ABA, indicating that STRK1 was involved in the signal response of ABA. Next, the effect of STRK1 on ABA synthesis was analyzed, and it was found that overexpression of STRK1 could upregulate the expression of ABA synthesis-related genes, indicating that STRK1 was involved in both the ABA signaling pathway and the regulation of ABA synthesis to participate in ABA-dependent adversity signaling pathways. In addition, overexpression of STRK1 can induce ABA-dependent stress response and upregulated expression of ABA-induced antioxidant protection-related genes OsCatB and OsSodCc2, indicating that STRK1 participates in ABA-dependent signal response by influencing ABA-dependent stress response genes and ABA-induced antioxidant stress, and preliminarily demonstrates that STRK1\'s participation in rice salt stress response is partly dependent on ABA-dependent regulatory pathways.
