本文设计了一种新型液态金属柔性传感天线。液态金属采用EGaIn,熔点为-19℃,常温下为液态。由于柔性介质材料PDMS具备出色的弹性和拉伸性,所以选其作为液态金属容器,用来注入液态金属形成天线的辐射体。腔体左侧微通道为液态金属的入口和出口,右侧设计的微通道结构用于改变天线的谐振频率,以达到压力传感的效果。为保证天线辐射体部分的独立性和完整性,馈电方式采用电磁耦合探头馈电,利用电磁仿真软件CST对馈电位置进行优化,以达到良好的匹配效果。最后我们使用 CST 对其传感性能进行模拟仿真,结果表明液态金属天线可以用作柔性传感器。

In this paper, a new type of liquid metal flexible sensing antenna is designed.The liquid metal uses EGaIn, which has a melting point of -19℃ and is liquid at room temperature.The flexible dielectric material PDMS is used as a liquid metal container due to its excellent elasticity and stretchability.The center part of the container is an empty cavity, which is used to store the liquid metal as the radiator of the antenna. The left microchannel of the cavity is the inlet and outlet of the liquid metal, and the microchannel structure designed on the right is used to change the resonant frequency of the antenna to achieve the effect of pressure induction.In order to ensure the independence and integrity of the radiating part of the liquid metal antenna, electromagnetic coupling probe is used for feeding, and the electromagnetic simulation software CST is used to optimize the feeding position to achieve a good matching effect. We use CST to simulate its sensing performance, and the results demonstrate that liquid metal antennas can be used as flexible sensors.
