传统的核爆地震特征提取一般只用到信号的二阶统计量,而更高阶的统计量中存在着大量的有利于分类的信息。本文将高阶统计量方法——双谱应用到核爆地震特征提取中,为核爆地震特征提取提供了新的思路。在分析和验证了径向积分双谱和选择双谱有效性的基础上,利用克隆选择优化方法,提出了一种组合最优选择双谱特征提取方法。与单独选优选择双谱特征提取方法相比,该方法识别精度更高,且对于路径参数和特征维数更加不敏感。

onventional methods of feature extraction of nuclear explosions and earthquakes only take advantage of up to second order statistics of the seismic signals, but there is a great deal of useful information contained in the higher order statistics. In this paper, higher statistic—bispectra is used in the procedure of feature extraction of nuclear explosions and earthquakes, which provides a novel approach for seismic feature extraction. After the validation of the effectiveness of radially integrated bispectrum and selected bispectrum, a feature extraction method called selected bispectrum of combinatorial optimization is proposed by utilizing the optimization method of clonal selection. Compared with the selected bispectrum based on best single features, the proposed method provides higher recognition accuracy and is more insensitive to path parameter dimension of feature space.
