But the real situation isthat gap between the ability of most of test technicians or doctor and actual requirement is not small. Based on the current growth process of test technicians or doctors, the continuing medicine education is the important factor of improvement. After a primary on-site survey, two key factors of improving technicians' or doctors' ability of microscopy are confirmed, which guide us to design a drilling scheme to meet the current demand.
