人参总皂苷渗透泵控释片的片芯处方研究
Study on the Core Prescription of Gensenosides Osmotic Pump Tablets
本文以中药人参的有效部分人参总皂苷为模型药物，进行了人参总皂苷渗透泵片的片芯处方研究，确定了最终片芯处方，即以人参总皂苷提取物、乳糖、淀粉、氯化钠、滑石粉按适宜比例制成片芯。这一研究为人参总皂苷渗透泵控释片的进一步研究打下了坚实的基础。
In this paper, osmotic pump tablets have been prepared, taking the gensenosides, which are the effective fraction of Panax Ginseng, as the model drug. The core prescription was confirmed, which consists gensenosides, lactose, starch, sodium chloride and tale. The study is the foundation of more research of gensenosides osmotic pump tablets.
