简要介绍了香兰素的主要化学合成方法，包括分别以丁香酚、愈创木酚、木质素等为原料的合成路线。同时，简述了香兰素的部分生物合成方法。
vanillin (4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde) is widely used in pharmaceutical, perfumery and food flavoring industries. The chemical synthesis methods of vanillin are reviewed in this paper. Some biosynthesis methods are also described in brief.
