基于ABAQUS的水稻整株秸秆还田机刀轴应力仿真
Stress Simulation Based on ABAQUS for Cutter Shaft of Straw Returning Machine
秸秆还田机是秸秆机械化还田的主要机具,而埋草刀轴是承受扭矩及振动的关键部件。本文以自主研制的1ZT-210型水稻整株秸秆还田机为研究对象,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对刀轴进行静力及瞬态动力仿真,得到刀轴薄弱部位在刀轴中部;确定了产生最大位移响应时的时间及响应,同时确定了梁的最大弯曲应力,并利用模态扩展确定了不同弯刀入土时,刀轴中部所受的应力。为刀轴结构的改进设计提供理论基础。
Straw returning machine is the mostly tool for straw mechanical returning,and the cutter shaft is the key part which bear torque and vibration. Text study on the whole rice straw returning machine (1ZT-210) that developed by self,use the finite element software (ABAQUS) to Establish the static and transient force simulation,get the result that the vulnerable area at the middle of cutter shaft;and sure response time and response when generate the most displacement response,make sure the most bending stress of the girder,and get the stress which generate in the middle of the cutter shaft when different bent blades working by modality expansion. The research offer theoretical basis for improve design of cutter shaft.
