Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl金属基结构化催化剂及其催化性能研究
Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl structure catalysts and their catalytic performance for methane reforming with carbon dioxide
以FeCrAl合金薄片(厚度为0.05mm)为基材,Al2O3浆料为过渡层,不同Ni含量的Ni/SBA-15催化剂浆料为涂层,制备了Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl金属基结构化催化剂,采用XRD和TPR表征了催化剂的结构,并对甲烷二氧化碳重整制合成气的催化反应进行了性能评价。结果表明,催化剂表面有FeCr,α-Al2O3,γ-Al2O3,SBA-15,NiO物相;催化剂中Ni含量大于4%时具有较高的CH4、CO2转化率和CO、H2的选择性,CO/H2保持在1左右,Ni含量为8%的Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl催化剂在825 ℃的反应条件下1300小时仍具有很好的甲烷二氧化碳重整催化活性和稳定性;Ni物种在催化剂中与SBA-15和FeCrAl合金薄片之间存在一定的相互作用。
series of Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl structure catalysts were prepared using the FeCrAl alloy foils as supports. The structure of catalysts was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature programmed reduction (TPR). The catalytic activity of the catalysts for the methane reforming with carbon dioxide to synthesis gas was evaluated. The results indicate that the surface phases of the catalysts were FeCr, α-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3, SBA-15 and NiO. Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl structure catalysts had a higher conversion of CH4 and CO2 and selectivity of CO and H2 when Ni content up to 4%. 8%Ni/SBA-15/Al2O3/FeCrAl structure catalyst had an excellent catalytic activity and the stability for methane reforming with carbon dioxide at 825℃ and 1300 h. The Ni species of the catalysts had an interaction between the SBA-15 and FeCrAl alloy foil.
