干式电火花加工表面耐腐蚀性探索性研究
Preliminarily Study on Surface Erosion Resistance of Dry EDM
本文的研究目的是对空气介质中加工的工件表面进行耐腐蚀研究。试验中采用了体积浓度为20%HCl, NaOH溶液和模拟海水作为腐蚀介质,主要考察了在煤油中和在空气中加工表面的耐腐蚀性能。试验结果显示在精加工规准下,气中电火花加工(干式电火花加工)的试样表面耐HCl腐蚀性能弱于煤油中加工的试件表面;气中加工的表面耐NaOH腐蚀性好于煤油中加工的表面。工件表面耐模拟海水腐蚀性能采用了极化曲线方法,试验结果显示在粗加工规准下,气中加工的表面耐腐蚀性好于油中加工的表面;而精加工条件下气中加工的表面弱于煤油中加工的表面。
he aim of this paper is preliminary studying on the surface erosion resistance of electrical discharge in gas (dry EDM). Hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with 20% volumetric concentration and analogue saline water were used as erosion dielectric in experiments, and the surface erosion resistance of the samples ED-Machined (EDMed) in kerosene and air were experimentally studied. Experimental results show that, on the finish gauge, in HCl solution, the surface erosion resistance of dry EDM is weaker than the samples processed in kerosene, and in NaOH solution, the surface erosion resistance of dry EDM is better than that the samples processed in oil. In the analogue saline water experiment, kinetic electric potential scanning polarization curve method was used, and the polarization cure testing results indicate that, on the rough gauge, the surface of sample processed in air own better erosion resistance to analogue saline water; while, on the finish gauge, the dry-EDMed surface erosion resistance weaker than that of wet EDM.
