目的:检测腰椎椎骨错缝对大鼠背根神经节中神经递质表达的影响。方法:120只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为旋转固定组(RF组)、单纯固定组(SF组)和假手术组(Sham组)。按固定时间再将每组随机分为1、4、8和12周4个亚组。RF组和SF组大鼠腰椎L4-L6节段植入的椎体外部连接固定装置,RF组大鼠使L5棘突向右侧旋转,造成L5棘突与L4和L6棘突的不共线;SF组大鼠单纯植入椎体外部连接固定装置不进行旋转。分别于固定后1周、4周、8周和12周结束时,检测各组大鼠背根神经节中P物质含量。结果:固定1周、4周、8周和12周之后,RF组和SF组大鼠背根神经节中P物质含量均高于Sham组大鼠 (P<0.05)。结论:腰椎椎骨错缝可促进背根神经节中SP的合成和传递,从而引起或加剧疼痛。

Objective: Research the lumbar vertebrae semi-dislocation impacted on the neurotransmitter expression of dorsal root ganglion in rat models. Methods: 120 SPF level SD male rats were randomized divided into rotary fixation group (RF group), simple fixation group (SF group) and sham-operation group (sham group). Each group was divided into 4 sub-group, including 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks sub-groups. The external link fixation system was implanted into the L4-L6 of RF group and SF group rats. In RF group rats, The L5 spinous process was rotated to the right side. Make the L4, L6 and L5 spinous process were not in a straight line. In SF group rats, the external link fixation system was implanted simply and not rotated. The SP content of hypothalamus and dorsal root ganglion were examined in the 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks later after fixation. Results: The RF group and SF group rats' SP content in dorsal root ganglion was higher than sham group after1, 4 , 8 and 12 weeks fixation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The lumbar vertebrae semi-dislocation can promote the synthesis and transmission of SP in dorsal root ganglion, so as to cause or aggravate the pain.
