his paper reviews the pulmonary surfactant-associated protein A (SP-A) and the relationship between asthma and found that SP-A function changes with asthma close. It is now the main activity of PS and small airway and alveolar stability, regulating specific immune response, reducing allergic lung injury and has important biological significance.
