水声引信的新型近程超声波探测系统电路设计

根据引信水中超声波探测系统的工作原理和特点,系统电路被划分为发射电路、信号处理电路和控制电路3个主要部分,分别对它们进行设计。因为在宽度为1 ms的多普勒频偏信号中只包含有2~6个脉冲,传统二极管包络检波器的输出信号惰性失真大,所以,利用CPLD设计了计数检波器,通过在1ms时间内统计输入信号的脉冲个数,来区分干扰脉冲和回波信号,起到检波和滤波的双重作用,提高了电路的抗干扰能力。并在Xilinx foundation series软件平台上,对计数检波器和CPLD控制电路进行了仿真。最后通过水中静态试验检验了引信超声波探测系统电路的实际工作效果。

ccording to the principle and characteristic of the acoustic detection system for fuze, the system circuit was divided into emitting circuit, signal processing circuit and control circuit, and designed. Considering that only 2-6 pulses were contained in a 1ms duration Doppler shift signal and the inert distortion of the traditional diode envelope detector's output was serious, a count detector was designed by using CPLD. The detector counted the pulse number of input signal, and distinguished between disturbing signal and echo. It has detector and filter functions, therefore the anti-interference ability is enhanced. The simulations of the count detector and CPLD control circuit were completed by using the Xilinx foundation series 3.1 software. At last, the work performance of the circuit of the acoustic detection system for fuze was checked by the underwater static experiment.
