基于光度立体法的黑瓜子表面三维重建研究
Study on Three-dimensional Surface Reconstruction of Black Melon Seeds Using Photometric Stereo
本文研究了一种利用光度立体法进行黑瓜子表面三维重建,进而对翘板瓜子进行识别的方法。首先利用实物表面重建的方法验证了系统的精度;然后针对黑瓜子表面中间区域与周边区域颜色有巨大差异的特殊形态,分区域重建了黑瓜子表面,构建了黑瓜子表面的三维形状。试验表明应用光度立体法可以有效地进行黑瓜子翘板的识别,在误识率小于5%的情况下,翘板瓜子识别率达90%。
In this paper, the 3-D surface reconstruction of black melon seeds based on photometric stereo was studied, and which was then used to identify the wrinkled ones in bulk samples. Firstly, the system accuracy was calibrated by constructing a testing entity’s surface. Then, as there was great color difference between the central and the periphery area of the black melon seeds, the two parts’ surfaces were separately reconstructed, and the final surface was built by joining them together. Finally, experiments were done to verify the proposed method. It was shown that more than 90% of the wrinkled seeds could successfully be identified while the error rate is below 5%.
