对两种矿物油:石蜡基矿物油、环烷基矿物油和三种合成油:PAO、PAG、脂类油进行了试验研究,研究了在油气润滑条件下,不同润滑油对轴承温升的影响以及润滑油间供油波动性的差异。同时对本课题组提出的一种新型导流式喷嘴进行了油气润滑验证。试验表明:矿物油中环烷基矿物油具有最好的油气润滑效果,合成油中PAO油具有最好的油气润滑效果,导流式喷嘴具有细化油滴、降低供油波动性的作用,最高可使润滑油消耗量降低75%。

In this paper,the effects of two mineral oil including Paraffin oil and Naphthetic oil and three synthetic oil including PAO,PAG and Ester oil on the bearing temperature rise using oil air lubricaiton system and the fluctuation of oil supply between these oil were studied.In addition, the superiotity of a new guide-type nozzle in oil air lubricaiton was proven.The results shown that the naphthenic oil in the mineral oil and the PAOin the synthetic oil have the best tribological performance for oil air lubrication, the new guide-type nozzle has the effect of refinding the oil drop and reducing the fluctuation of oil supply, and the highest comsuption of lubricating oilcan be reduced by 75%.
