基于中医辨证体系的证候规范化研究现状概述

Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the core of TCM diagnosis and treatment, so the research on the standardization of TCM syndrome has become the cornerstone of TCM clinical research, curative effect evaluation and prognosis judgment, as well as the guarantee of communication and integration between TCM and other disciplines. In the study of syndrome standardization, the selected syndrome differentiation system is the premise of whether the diagnosis results can adapt to clinical application. Taking the TCM syndrome differentiation system used in clinic as the main line, this paper combs and reviews the relevant research literature on the standardization of TCM syndromes. It is considered that the establishment of a corresponding quantitative model of single disease and single syndrome diagnosis based on pathogenesis syndrome differentiation and hierarchical quantitative syndrome differentiation should be the key research direction in the future.?????
