针对蔡氏电路中蔡氏二极管物理实现复杂的缺陷,设计了一种基于符号函数的蔡氏电路。对采用符号函数的蔡氏电路状态方程,按照方程各状态变量的对应关系用模块电路连接对其硬件实现,设计出了一种无电感能产生二涡卷蔡氏混沌吸引子的蔡氏电路。用驱动-响应式同步制式对蔡氏电路进行研究,结果表明同步的很好。理论分析、仿真结果和硬件电路测试结果的一致,证明了电路的正确性和设计的有效性。

novel approach to Chua’s circuit based on sign function is proposed which overcomes the physical implementation complexity of Chua’s diode in Chua’s circuit. The Chua’s circuit state equation by sign function links modular circuits according to corresponding relationships among state variables of equation for the hardware circuit, so as to design a Chua’s circuit that can produce two-scroll Chua’s chaotic attractor without inductor. The study of the equivalent circuit by drive-response synchronization format shows that synchronization is good. The test results of the hardware circuit and simulation results are in good agreement with experimental results, which confirms the validity of the design.
