Financial Sustainable Growth Rate and Capital Structure Optimization of the Mine in Fuxin
企业的可持续增长问题是企业财务战略管理的重要内容和难题，并且日益受到国内外学者的广泛关注。企业的资本结构作为财务战略管理的一部分，在一定程度上影响着企业财务可持续增长的实现，而企业资本结构不合理是一种普遍现象，难以使企业达到财务可持续增长。研究如何实现企业资本结构优化不仅是国内外学者关注的热点，也是提高企业资本配置效率，增强企业价值创造能力，使企业达到可持续增长所急需解决的问题。 本文以阜新某煤矿为背景，通过研究煤矿的资本结构现状，找出煤矿当前资本结构安排的问题，并提出产生问题的原因，根据原因，依据希金斯的可持续增长模型，提出针对于该矿的资本结构优化策略，以此实现煤矿的可持续增长。

This passage study on the problems of capital structure with the background of the Mine in Fuxin. Find the methods of the problems on the basis of Higgins Sustainable Growth Rate.Then make the Mine reach it's Sustainable Growth Rate.
