本试验比较研究了富硒益生菌(Selenium-enriched probiotics,SP)和亚硒酸钠(Sodium selenite,SS)对蛋鸡肝脏、肾脏和心肌硒含量及其抗氧化能力的影响。将两硒源分别以3个硒水平0.2、0.5和1.0 mg/kg添加到基础日粮中组成6种试验日粮,同时将益生菌添加到基础日粮中作为益生菌对照,基础日粮作为空白对照。选取800羽健康罗曼蛋鸡,随机均分为8组,进行为期28 d的饲养试验。在试验结束时,杀鸡取肝脏、肾脏和心肌分别进行硒含量及其谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的测定。结果表明,补硒能提高蛋鸡肝脏、肾脏、心肌的硒含量以及GSH-PX、CAT、SOD的活性和T-AOC(P<0.05);且随着硒添加水平的升高,肝脏、肾脏和心肌的硒含量、GSH-PX活性均有显著增高(P<0.05);添加SP在提高肝脏和心肌硒含量的能力上和在提高肝脏、肾脏和心肌的GSH-PX活性、CAT活性以及肾脏的SOD活性和T-AOC的能力上要优于或显著优于SS。补充硒能提高蛋鸡组织硒含量及其抗氧化能力,特别提倡在低中水平(0.2 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg)添加SP源硒。

his experiment was conducted to compare the effects of Selenium-enriched probiotics(SP) and Sodium selenite(SS) on selenium contents and the antioxidant capacity of hen tissues. Both Se sources were added into basal diet at 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg of Se to make six kind experiment diets. At the same time, probiotics was added into basal diet to make the probiotics control, and basal diet served as the blank control. Eight hundred healthy Rohman laying hens were randomly and equably allocated into eight groups and were investigated for 28 days. At the end of the experiment, hens were slaughtered, and liver, kidney and cardiac muscle were sampled for Se content and GSH-Px, CAT, and SOD activity and T-AOC value assay.The results showed that supplemental Se significantly increase Se contents and the activity of GSH-Px, CAT and SOD and T-AOC value in liver, kidney and cardiac muscle of hens. With supplemental Se level increase, Se contents and the activity of GSH-Px in liver, kidney and cardiac muscle all were significantly increased. Supplemental SP had more ability than SS to increase Se content in liver and cardiac muscle, and to increase the activity of GSH-Px and CAT in liver, kidney and cardiac muscle and the activity of SOD and T-AOC value in kidney.It was concluded that supplementation of Se can increase Se contents and the antioxidant capacity of hen tissues. Especially, advocating to supplement SP at a lower or medium Se level, 0.2 mg/kg or 0.5 mg/kg.
