人格与抑郁障碍的关系研究

Objective: to analyze the differences of personality characteristics of people with depression disorder of different severity under unified experimental conditions, to explore the relationship between personality characteristics of more dimensions and depression disorder, and to reveal the susceptibility personality characteristics of depression disorder.METHODS: 198 subjects were tested by Cattell 16 Personality Factors Scale (16PF), Y-G scale, Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (CFMPS) and Beck Depression Scale (BDI). Results:(1) There were significant differences in the number distribution of different personality characteristics among the normal group, the mild-moderate depression group and the severe depression group, except for the independent personality characteristics.(2) The personality characteristics that were significantly positively correlated with depression were depression, mood change, neuroticism, inferiority, subjectivity, non-cooperation, tension, fear of mistakes, behavioral doubts, personal standards, and parental expectations.The personality characteristics that are negatively correlated with depression are social orientation, excitability, sophistication and self-discipline.(3) Depression, tension and neuroticism are the key personality characteristics of depression disorder, and have a significant predictive effect on depression disorder.Conclusion:(1) depressive disorder has multi-dimensional susceptibility personality characteristics.?
