基于无线终端传感设备的交通模式识别方法

近年来,基于无线终端的情景感知已成为移动技术领域的研究热点,移动应用向以人为中心的情景感知应用发展已成必然趋势。其中,对于用户交通方式的检测是核心研究之一。本论文使用智能手机内置的加速度传感器和气压传感器,通过对传感数据进行细粒度的分析可检测出用户的交通方式。实验结果表明,该方法得到的精确度不亚于当前主流的基于GPS的检测方法,而且相比GPS的检测方法,该方法能够避免过大的功耗,因而能够更好的服务于现实的应用之中。此外,通过对车辆行驶过程中加速和刹车行为以及气压的观测,提取出更多有效的特征属性,该方法显著提高了对机动车类别检测的精确度,解决了交通方式检测中一个非常有挑战性的难题。
In recent years, scene perception based on wireless terminal has become a hot research field of mobile technology, and it is an inevitable trend to move the mobile application to the human centered mobile applications. Among them, detection of traffic mode is one of the core research. In this paper, we use the accelerometer and pressure sensor, which can be used to detect the traffic mode of the user. The experimental results show that this method has no less accuracy than the current detection methods based on GPS, and compared to GPS detection methods, this method can avoid excessive power consumption, so as to better serve the reality application. In addition, based on the vehicle acceleration and braking behavior and the pressure of the observation process, we extract more effective features and significantly improves the detection accuracy of motorized transportation mode, which is a very challenging problem of traffic detection.
