为探明黄麻种子在重金属铬胁迫下的萌发情况,以及铬对幼苗萌发的毒性效应,用不同浓度的Cr6+处理黄麻种子,研究Cr6+对福农4号种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。研究结果是:黄麻的种子萌发和幼苗的各项指标都在不同程度上随着铬浓度的增加而呈下降趋势。其中根长受影响最大,其回归方程为Y=220.02X2-1026.2X+1057。可求的福农4号黄麻的铬胁迫的半致死浓度为298.9mg/L,极限浓度为1057mg/L。

In this paper,in order to investigate jute seed germination under heavy stress chromium, as well as toxic effects of chromium on the germination of seedlings with different concentrations of Cr6+ processing jute seeds, agricultural research Cr6+ on blessing the Funong 4 seed germination and seedling growth. The result is that the seed germination and seedling jute indicators are in varying degrees, with increasing chromium concentration decreased. Root length which are most affected, the regression equation was Y=220.02X2-1026.2X+1057.Lethal concentration rectifiable blessing jute farmers on the 4th of chromium stress is 298.9mg / L, the limit concentration of 1057mg / L.
