EPCglobal是国际物品编码协会(GS1)为在全球范围内保证供应链各环节信息的自动、实时识别而制定的统一标准。但传统的EPCglobal网络需要参与者自行实现从底层RFID数据读取到上层数据交换的所有模块,使得学习和运维成本过高且难以相互协调合作。本文给出了一种基于OpenStack云计算管理平台的EPC云服务系统实现方案,该系统能将云计算与EPC服务相结合,利用云计算的技术特点实现简单部署、高效和高可用性的EPC云服务。

EPCglobal is a global standard set by GS1 in order toensure the automatic and real-time identification of supply chain information. Meanwhile, the traditional EPC network requires the participants themselves to implement all the modules from bottom to top,including RFID data capturing and item information exchange, which makes it hard and costly to learn and operate. This paper proposed an implementation scheme for an EPC cloud service system based on OpenStack which combines cloud computing and EPC services and takes advantages of cloud computing to make itself more efficient, available and much easier to be deployed.
