量子点材料以其独特的物理和化学性质,已被广泛地在生物分析中应用。由于电致化学发光(ECL)技术集成了发光分析高灵敏度和电化学电位可控性的优点,极大地吸引了分析化学工作者的兴趣。开发水溶性量子点ECL新体系对于拓展量子点的应用范围具有重要的意义。本综述评价了水溶性量子点材料合成,电致化学发光的基本原理和量子点电致发光生物传感的最近研究进展,为量子点电致化学发光的今后发展指明了方向。

Quantum dots (QDs), due to their advantages in optical and electrochemical aspects, have been widely used for bioanalysis. Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) as a powerful analytical method is currently attracting enthusiastic interest due to the integration of high sensitivity and controllability of potential. It is significant to develop novel water-soluble QDs systems for the extension of their application in bioanaysis. In this review, the systhysis of water-soluble QDs, the funtamental principle and biosensing of QDs ECL are highlighted, and future direction is indidcated for the development of QDs ECL.
