软件开发项目的进度管理

Scheduling management theory is not updated in software development project management. The traditional method is still used in software development project. However, critical chain theory plus the increasing experience and practice provide a solid base for the scheduling management in software development project more than other kinds. Scheduling management is a very important part in software development project management. This paper will analyze the technique and problem of the scheduling management in software development projects according to the character of software product from two aspects. They are work breakdown and project scheduling respectively which are crucial to the whole scheduling management process.
