油桶真空清洗干燥技术的研究及其系统设计
Research of Oil Barrel vacuum cleaning and Drying technology and system design
旧油桶重新投入使用前必须对油桶进行清洗及干燥。本文通过对碳氢清洗剂的优缺点分析及真空技术的研究介绍了一种新的油桶清洗及干燥技术，即真空蒸汽清洗及干燥技术。并在该技术研究的基础上设计了一套真空清洗干燥系统，对系统抽气时间进行了设计计算。真空清洗干燥技术的应用提高了油桶清洗的清洁度，并使油桶的干燥程度大大提高。本文的研究为油桶的清洗及干燥提供了一种新的工艺方法，使油桶的使用寿命得到延长，节约了资源。
Used oil barrel should be cleaned and dried before using again. Based on the study of the specification of hydrocarbon solvent, vacuum technology and steaming cleaning technology, this paper introduces a new technology named hydrocarbon vacuum steaming cleaning and drying technology. Based on the technol-ogy, this paper designs a vacuum cleaning and drying system, and the time of pumping is calculated. Ap-plying this technology can increase the cleanliness and dryness of oil barrel.
